San Francisco Bay Area's legendary luxury home specialist Olivia Hsu Decker was born in Shanghai, China. She lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Italy, France and immigrated to San Francisco in 1975. Olivia is co-owner of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty with 26 offices in the San Francisco Bay Area from Silicon Valley to Napa Valley and 18 cities in between. Olivia has been marketing luxury properties since 1979. She was the #1 agent at Merrill Lynch Realty in the 1980s among 16,500 sales associates nationwide. She completed an international real estate study at University of Oxford in 1990, founded Decker Bullock Realty with Bill Bullock in 1991, acquired Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in 2007, and changed the name to Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. Currently, her company is #3 Sotheby's International Realty affiliate worldwide by sales volume with sales of $5.91 billion in 2020 and 2021 sales projected to be over $8 billion. Olivia handled over $3 billion properties transactions in her career with unique sales ability and connection to affluent clientele.
