There are a lot of homes located close to an international airport, fewer can say they are close to a large international airport & a smaller airport perfect for private jets, such as Heber Air. Many homes are minutes from World Class Skiing, but even fewer can say they are minutes from World Class Skiing & located on a large body of water like Deer Creek Reservoir. Fewer homes are considered 'Green Organic,' but only one home has all & sits in front of Mt Timpanogos. Before starting their custom build, the sellers were extremely conscious of all the materials that would go into building this home. The wells and water are tested yearly to ensure the highest level of purity, no heavy metals, and no arsenic. The sellers have gone one step further and put a UV light in the ventilation of the house and on the well, no chemicals have ever touched this property.
