The North Rio Vista Ranch is a property filled with Texas history. The ranch was held and managed in the same family for multiple generations until the mid-2000’s. This incredible property has hosted team roping’s, cowboy gatherings, weddings, and church services, all pointing back to a rich history filled with western heritage and lifestyle. Location: The property is located approximately 1.75 hours west of Dallas, 1.5 hours northwest of Fort Worth, and approximately 5 miles north of Palo Pinto, TX. The property is physically located at 597 McMurrey Ranch Road near Palo Pinto in the northern half of the county, basically in the very center of the county. Road/Frontage Access: The ranch features approximately 875 feet of frontage on FM 4, and is accessed off FM 4. Land: This ranch features some of the most pristine land in the area.
