Established in 1925, the firm of Gustave J.S. White has consistently been associated with fine real estate and auctions.  Since 2000, the company has been owned by Christina K. West and Paul A. Leys and continues to offer buyers and sellers the hallmarks of exceptional service and professionalism.  While specializing in the high-end market, the goal of Gustave White is to represent properties of all kinds and in all price ranges with integrity and confidence.

Gustave White employs a team of 30 experienced full-time sales professionals servicing all ofRhode Island, from large estates to moderately priced single and multi-family houses, and condominiums.  The expertise of the agents also extends to the commercial market, residential land sales, and rentals.

In 1976, Gustave JS White Real Estate became the first Sotheby's International Realty affiliate. Gustave White and Sotheby's have combined their efforts over the past 35 years to achieve many of Rhode Island's highest and most notable residential sales.  In 1985, we became members of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and have served as the exclusive Regent member for Rhode Island since 2004.
