Door County, WI - The peninsula between Lake Michigan & Green Bay including the communities of Baileys Harbor, Egg Harbor, Ellison Bay, Ephraim Fish Creek, Gibraltar, Gills Rock, Jacksonport, Liberty Grove, Sevastopol, Sister Bay, Sturgeon Bay, & Washington Island. Tricia has been actively selling real estate in Door County since 1994. She and her husband Chris created Premier Properties of Door County in 1997. Door County is the Midwest’s premier vacation area - known for its natural beauty, hundreds of miles of shoreline, and a broad range of visual and performing artists. Money Magazine has called Door County “One of the top ten vacation destinations in North America.”

Premier Properties’ successful relationships with clients and customers has enabled it to expand dramatically its real estate brokerage activities. Tricia emphasizes personal sales relationships and Chris focuses on marketing the firm and its listed properties. The success of their professional and creative approach to marketing properties, negotiating transactions, and managing closings is confirmed by the broad list of financial, legal, and real estate professionals whom they have assisted in the purchase and/or sale of real estate.

Prior to real estate, Tricia managed art galleries, primarily in Chicago, and an art consulting business in Chicago and Los Angeles; and Chris was active in the investment banking business in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Chris was a leading investment banker to real estate firms and financial institutions and was active in creating a variety of financings for real estate and securitizations for mortgages and other financial assets that became the benchmarks for many of today’s financial instruments.
