The park was established in 1934, saving many natural areas of interest from the great Agro Pontino works. The territory, the flora and the fauna are not the only special qualities of this area. The plumbing and sanitary systems were completely redone, and the home has new high-quality bathroom fixtures and faucets, and tiles with hand-painted Viepri and Baldelli ceramics. All of the hand lacquered windows and doors are double paned and filled with iroko argon gas. In the villa there is an alarm system that has sensors on the doors and windows, as well as a volumetric sensor. You can program the system via smartphone. The guesthouse was completely rebuilt from scratch. It has a wood load-bearing structure, with a THOMAHOLZ 100 system (and has the same finishes, features and installations as the villa).
